Course Applications, Convention and other Union Leave Requests

The new procedure for applying for course and other time off has become very muddled since TELUS has brought in a new process for getting UL (Union Leave) off.

Step 1: To apply for a TWU course, first go HERE and fill out ALL the information. If you've already applied, go to Step 2, don't apply again.
Step 2: To apply for a Course, Convention or other UL for time off (meetings), the direct link is: http://bcweb012.corp.ads:7007/uniontimeoff/login.jsp
Please email this page to your WORK EMAIL for reference.

• Click on it and put in your TID and password.
• There are only about 5 things you put in: Your TID, Local, the dates you are requesting, the times requested and the reason.
• For the reason, it will give you a drop down box: make your selection, ie. Education Course.

Remember that you must be logged on to the TELUS Intranet site to use it.
