Telus implementing lockout measure #22 on October 3

Telus is implementing lockout measure #22, under which Alberta bargaining unit team members in the following areas who have not returned to work by Monday, October 3, at 8 a.m. MDT will not be permitted to return during the labour disruption:

• Technology and Operations - Planning and Engineering
• Consumer Solutions
• Inbound Care and Sales
• Outbound Sales Solutions
• Loyalty and Retention
• ADSL Help Desk
• 611 Repair

These areas in Alberta are meeting service standards by effectively managing with the existing complement of team members. This builds on lockout measures 20 and 21 implemented on September 23 and September 29.
