I see that the hotline from the EC has been removed from the TWU website. Don’t worry, it will be passed around in my local and posted on the local Bulletin Board. Brudder Bell does not have a lot of popularity in my neck of the woods.

Speaking from the position as President of Local 35, the EC has the support of our local, and if there’s anything we can do to make certain that the solidarity of the union remains strong and Independent let me know.

To the Executive Council:

Good afternoon;

I want to register my protest against this man posting anything on this site, or having anything to do with this union. He was removed from office by the Trial Board and I do not believe the CLC has the right to overturn that decision. I do not recognise him as President of this union, nor will I unless he is reinstated by a court of law.

I can't believe he had the bulletin from the EC taken down. This is censorship of the TWU-Canada website, and members have a right to know what their executive council is doing and what actions they are taking in this matter.

In closing, Local 213 does not support Bruce Bell, or recognize him as a paid officer. We do however, endorse the actions of the Executive Council.

Feedback to the Executive Council:

In case you were unaware of my feelings or the feelings of the majority of local 31, here is a letter to remind you!

We will not be lead by Bruce Bell, WE WILL NOT RECOGNIZE BRUCE BELL DESPITE THE BS FROM THE CLC!!! Until a court of law says otherwise he is out!

We are of the opinion that Bruce Bell has been justly tried and convicted as per our constitution. The only thing left for him to do is go away, not go away angry, just go away and realize he is not welcome in the trade union movement anymore.

Can I make this any clearer to you!

Get him out of our union office, cut off his access to our communication tools, and take back every last piece of our union property in his personal posession. PUT A FORK IN HIM, HE'S DONE!!!
