Executive Council Approves Meeting Notices Via Email

The TWU Executive Council has passed a motion to send out Meeting Notices via e-mail to all members to reduce costs.

All members with a personal e-mail address that have not registered it with the TWU office are advised set it up with the office. Please see your next meeting notice bulletin on the procedure. Email addresses with the domain @telus.com will not be considered.

Those members who believe that it has been registered but have not received their meeting notice via e-mail, should determine if the office has their correct e-mail address.

Until April 1, 2007 meeting notices will continue to be sent out by mail and e-mail. After that date, meeting notices will only be mailed out to those without e-mail information.
