1. As per the Company, if you are successful on a job posting after January 13th up to and including your departure date, your decision on the TELUS Voluntary Departure Program Confirmation of Decision form will not be held against you.

2. TWU members electing to take a package or move to Alberta who have filed a grievance over the denial of a job posting should indicate under the options of the Confirmation of Decision form that their decision is subject to change if successful on the job posting as a result of a grievance or otherwise.

3. Members can also indicate that they are signing under duress.

4. Members filing a grievance regarding the denial of job postings or being denied the right to complete the CCNT test prior to accepting an apprenticeship position should file a grievance using the interim grievance form located on the website.
